What hours do you work?
All hours, we are happy to work together and find the perfect time for your service or repair.
Do you supply parts and accessories?
We sure do, we have access to major industry suppliers allowing us to stock quality parts and accessories.
How long does a service take?
How long is a piece of string? All services and repairs have different time constraints, the general service takes around 1hr, platinum 2-4hrs. All depending on condition and wear and tear of the bike.
Do you service E-Bikes?
Yes, we service all kinds of bikes.
What if i can’t be there when you come to fix my bike?
If you can’t be there when we come around let us know if there is a safe place where we can access the bike. You may be comfortable leaving it around the back of your property, or with a neighbour. We are happy if you leave instructions by email or txt e.g ‘Bike in garage, key under mat’. Just to be very clear we do not accept any responsibility for bikes left out unsecured. You may even chain your bike to your property and give us the code or direction for key access.
What happens if you can’t fix my bike onsite?
If we can’t fix your bike on site we will organise another time with you to return and complete the job. Or take your bike and return it to you ASAP.
I use my bike to commute to work can you come to my work to service it?
Yes, better still tell your colleagues that we are coming and we can offer a group discount.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major cards including VISA, Master Card, Eftpos, Apply Pay, Google Pay and of course good old hard cash.
Can i buy the parts i need online and get you to fit them?
Yes, better yet let us help you source and order the correct parts. We have access to major industry suppliers.
Can I bring my bike to you?
Yes, we can organise to meet you just about anywhere.
Do you offer family/group discounts?
Yes, get in touch and let's talk.
Can I borrow your tools?
Please don’t ask this question, its kind of like asking a coffee guy “hey mate can i jump in your van and make myself a coffee?.”
